Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in accounting or finance, prior derivative experience a plus
  • BA in Accounting or Finance required
  • CPA strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly driven / self-starter
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
Responsibilities
  • Account for foreign exchange related activities and support month end close process, including recording journal entries preparing reconciliations and supporting global finance teams
  • Perform net investment hedge capacity calculations to support hedge effectiveness testing
  • Prepare related account reconciliations and support quarter-end financial reporting disclosures
  • Perform and/or manage third parties with the company’s annual goodwill impairment testing process
  • Perform technical research for one-time transactions (such as mergers and acquisition related items) to determine the appropriate accounting under U.S. GAAP as well as the impact on SEC filings, documenting in technical accounting memos
  • Assist in various ad-hoc projects including development of process improvement strategies and updates to accounting policies and procedures.
