  • 5-7 years of commercial or finance experience in Energy, Renewable Energy, or Oil & Gas sector
  • Advanced understanding of commercial contract terms and conditions
  • Strong negotiations skills with 3rd parties and customers
  • Detail oriented with strong time management, project management, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance
Responsibilities
  • Participates in contract negotiations and drives negotiations related to commercial contractual terms
  • Ensures customer’s commercial requirements and priorities are identified and provides an accurate assessment of the contractual/financial risks and opportunities
  • Supports the Sales team in managing and optimizing targeted financial results
  • Secures adequate and timely support from subject matter experts within the organization
  • Drives the review and evaluation of the customer’s contract conditions
  • Conducts the project handover from sales to execution teams
