- Lead and scale the residential roofing sales function in California and Colorado, including managing sales reps, setting targets, and monitoring KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies, campaign ROI, and territory planning
- Develop sales training programs to ensure reps are product- and code-knowledgeable, customer-focused, and quota-achieving
- Own pipeline forecasting, bid pricing strategies, and close rate optimization across markets
- Establish dealer/contractor relationships and identify market expansion opportunities
- Report weekly sales metrics, wins, and challenges to senior leadership
- Manage daily roofing operations across California, including scheduling, materials coordination, quality control, and crew management
- Ensure roofing projects are completed safely, on time, and to company quality standards
- Partner with internal teams (permitting, inspections, service, customer experience) to ensure seamless execution
- Hire, train, and develop California roofing crews and subcontractors
- Implement process improvements that reduce cycle time, increase efficiency, and maintain job margins
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and local/state building regulations
