Requirements
  • 2-5 years of related experience in a UXR or CRO role
  • Experience with measuring and reporting on relevant KPIs resulting from a variety of user testing and data analysis
  • Understanding of UX principles and best practices, and how to use these to best align user goals with business objectives
  • Quantitative and Qualitative testing methods
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics analysis, A/B testing in VWO, Heatmap analysis, surveys, usability testing, preference testing, card sorting and other tools to draw insights that inform user behavior and needs
  • Other tool knowledge: CMS (WordPress preferred), and Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and work independently to problem solve
  • Ability to communicate and present insights with clarity and confidence
  • Skilled in roadmapping and documenting tests, findings, insights
  • Adaptable and flexible when plans/strategy changes. Strong organizational ability
  • Accountable and takes ownership. Self-reliant, excellent problem solver, and results-oriented. Quick to take responsibility and proactive. Can fully articulate the problems to be solved and offer solutions while leaving room for collaboration to find the best solution
  • Familiarity with SEO and editorial best practices
Responsibilities
  • Leverage user research to monitor behavior, identifying pain points and opportunities in the conversion funnel
  • Work closely with the brand team to surface and resolve key user obstacles
  • Conduct iterative testing and regularly share insights with the team to drive higher conversion rates and an improved user experience
  • Collaborate on, set up, and conduct A/B, split, and multivariate tests to determine the impact of site changes
  • Optimize site pages using UX, SEO, and CRO best practices
  • Provide clear, data-driven reports on UX and conversion outcomes, including analysis of newly launched product features, their impact on user behavior, and opportunities for further optimization
  • Collect user engagement, preference, and pain point insights to drive ongoing product optimization and feature development
  • Prioritize and align with product roadmaps to make sure tests are conducted to inform product decisions
  • Continuously track conversion rates, engagement metrics, and user behavior data to measure the impact of optimizations
  • Set up, monitor, and analyze usability tests, preference testing, and other research methods focused on user feedback
  • Synthesize research findings and work with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance the user experience
  • Define site mapping, user pathways, and IA recommendations based on research and data
