Responsibilities
  • Supporting and leading Process Risk analysis and mitigation (PFMEA) of new material manufacturing processes
  • Assist with developing validation plans to evaluate the initial and on-going effectiveness of in-line process controls
  • Supporting customer requirements reviews and product validations
  • Assisting with incoming material specifications and validation methods
Desired Qualifications
  • Pursuing a B.S. or advanced degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or another discipline with significant relevant coursework
  • Prior internship or work experience with a leading technology company in a quality, chemical or process engineering role, preferably with new process development
  • Able to operate independently conducting experiments in a wet chemistry lab
  • Experience with lab materials analysis methods
  • Knowledge of and experience with key quality tools including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and Capability Analysis
  • Working knowledge of major chemical and process analysis software packages
  • Self-motivated, hands-on mindset, with a willingness to contribute at all levels
