- MS Windows Server administration experience (Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012) in a large enterprise environment
- Responsible for installing and maintaining server systems for production systems
- Installs, tests, upgrades, and configures system files and services to enhance performance
- Provide support for core server functionality including DNS, DHCP, DFS, WINS
- Perform server implementation including design, procurement, building, installing and supporting new or rebuilding existing servers
- Proficiency in virtualisation (Microsoft Hyper-V) – administration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Microsoft System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008/2012
- Hands-on experience in Dell enclosures
- Experience in Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and XenApp 6.0, 6.5
- Experience with backup technologies including Symantec Backup Exec, NetBackup and Tivoli Storage Manager backup (TSM)
- Experience in cloud-based backup such as Commvault
- Experience in Fibre storage and fibre switch configuration
- Experience with vendor management at the operational level

- Configure and manage fibre storage and fibre switches
- Engage in vendor management at the operational level
