- Facilitate and oversee legal resources, including dedicated spaces, video conferencing, and law library access, while monitoring outcomes and team efficiency for confidential communications.
- Maintain confidential records management, including case files and property storage, according to United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement and National Archives and Records Administration standards.
- Coordinate with component leaders to ensure activities are safe, secure, and effective, while working with facility leadership to maintain accountability and resources.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Facilities Director for Operations on cross-functional integration.
- Report progress and issues to the Facility Director and recommend process improvements and corrective actions.
- Conduct regular internal reviews and audits to verify compliance and improve operational efficiency.
- A master's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certification in project management, such as Project Management Professional, or federal contracting certification.
- Experience managing services under federal contracts.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for effective communication in a diverse environment.
- Proven experience in risk management and compliance auditing for large-scale operations.

The collaboration combines SOSi's curated open-source data and real-time signals with Janes' analyst-validated foundational military intelligence, enabling defence and intelligence customers to assess strategic influence, operational risk and emerging threats through a single platform. The integration merges exoINSIGHT's corpus of over five billion structured records concerning China, Russia and Iran with Janes' validated intelligence. This allows analysts to uncover military capabilities and force posture in full operational context whilst eliminating disconnected workflows. The solution delivers unified cross-domain analysis, context-rich insights linking military hardware to real-world events, AI-enabled analysis, pattern detection, supply chain visibility and influence tracking capabilities.
