Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in human services, social services, education, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and instruct others in a group setting.
  • Familiarity with videoconferencing systems and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality work readiness interventions to improve the soft and hard skills of program participants.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and program-related workshops state-wide.
  • Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops.
  • Participate in workshop content development, recommend workshop content improvements, and coordinate workshops with program and community partners.
  • Manage workshop sign-up and sign-in process.
  • Track workshop attendance.
  • Collaborate with team to create monthly workshop calendar.
  • Facilitate assigned staff training.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual ability.
  • Previous experience working in social services and with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
