Overview

The Junior Product Manager for Digital Shelf will be responsible for collaborating on developing the department roadmap for Digital Shelf new and improving product offering. 

The PM will have an opportunity to learn and develop their skill set while interacting with analysts, customers, sales, marketing, developers and other PMs to deliver Digital Shelf data to Profitero’s customers. 

This role presents an excellent opportunity to learn and expertise in agile software development as well as  an opportunity to work with an engineering-product team that is driven by data and innovation and get a first entry to the ecommerce industry. Profitero’s digital shelf platform combine analytics, data science, user experience and large data sets the junior PM will learn how to scope and improve this complex platform to achieve Product Market Fit and meet company goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Work across the entire product life cycle and learn how to develop, plan, scope and execute the product development plan
• Track dependencies across Profitero’s products portfolio and manage the collaboration between  Development, Data Acquisition, Data Science and Product
• Prioritize effectively across multiple stakeholders and conflicting dimensions
• Make tough prioritization choices and find creative solutions to hard problems
• Manage product roadmaps and timelines, and track corresponding development efforts
• Work cross-functional with other product teams to deliver unified values that meet company OKRs

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Technical background is a must (development, support, Professional Services, analytics or data science)
• 0-2 years of experience in product management (Data, analytics, and insights platforms are an advantage)
• Passion for data and analytics 
• Past experience with AI and ML an advantage 
• Experience working with Agile development teams using Scrum methodology is an advantage
• Experience in the eCommerce/ Commerce area is an advantage
