Develop, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, memos, and presentations.
Assist in the creation and execution of communication strategies aligned with company goals.
Coordinate with departments to ensure messaging is accurate and consistent across all channels.
Track and analyze communication metrics to improve future strategies.
Support in the planning and promotion of company events and initiatives.
Maintain and update communication calendars and materials.
Ensure brand voice is upheld in all forms of written content.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with design tools is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
