Requirements
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; proficient in Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and related tools and technology required for the position.
  • Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.
  • All employees shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Management or a related field.
  • Three years minimum experience providing services and working in structured environments as a Management and Program Analyst specifically related to Transition and Economic Development and strategic support for government policy and operational programmatic efforts related to the transition of service members from military service to civilian life.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Travel is occasional.
  • Location is Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland Area.
  • Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or Department of Energy Quantum clearance (DOE Q).
  • All ProSidian staff must be eligible for a Facility Access Authorization (Employment Authorization) by the U.S. Government Security Office.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct organization studies that assess and analyze current organization states and management systems.
  • Perform gap analyses of differences between current and targeted states; document and deliver findings and recommendations.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and other accepted techniques for data collection in support of organization studies.
  • Perform program planning, audits, and evaluations related to large scale programs.
  • Support program analysis, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, event planning, Congressional Affairs, metrics, Financial Management Systems, and risk management.
  • Engage in policy and regulation analysis and development related to a government agency, including analysis of specific issues, identification of alternatives, white paper development, policy review papers, development of policy directives and handbooks, and other analytical tasks focused on Veterans Affairs policy.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio; ability to quickly learn additional tools as necessary.
