Requirements
  • The candidate must have 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • The candidate must have hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications in production.
  • The candidate must have deep familiarity with prompt engineering, structured extraction, function/tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluation frameworks.
  • The candidate must have experience with Amazon Web Services or comparable cloud infrastructure for artificial intelligence workloads.
  • The candidate must have strong software engineering fundamentals and be able to write clean, maintainable systems rather than only notebooks.
Responsibilities
  • Design and improve large language model-powered pipelines and agent architectures.
  • Build robust evaluation and benchmarking frameworks to measure output quality and regression.
  • Optimize latency, cost, determinism, and output quality across high daily volume.
  • Implement retrieval-augmented generation and tool-use strategies where appropriate.
  • Ship production-grade artificial intelligence systems rather than experiments.
  • Collaborate closely with backend and product teams to integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into the core platform.
