Requirements
  • 1-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in commercial real estate and / or fixed income
  • Entrepreneurial, resourceful, self-starter type who demonstrates hustle and drive

Responsibilities
  • Underwrite, model and price all CMBS investments, manage the entire due diligence process (both internally and externally), prepare investment memorandums and bid letters, and underwrite individual loans in each CMBS investment
  • Participate and present in pipeline meetings, Securities deal working sessions, and investment committees while displaying a high level of communication and presentation skills
  • Actively coordinate investment process (bidding, due diligence, and closing); participate in due diligence sessions, calls with the loan sellers, and closing processes, and perform loan, pool, and market level data analysis
  • Assist team with quarterly valuations, reporting requirements, and other fundraising / investor relations work streams
