The Sales Solutions Key Accounts team works with some of North America’s largest and most strategic customers. We help customers build buyer-first growth strategies leveraging our main product, Sales Navigator. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Professional Services team. At the core, you will be accountable to retain and grow some of LinkedIn’s most valuable corporate relationships within the professional services space.
You will be managing a group of elite salespeople, who are responsible for delivering value on existing Sales Navigator programs, while compelling customers to further their investment to make our solution a core part of their sales technology stack. You’ll inspire your team and our customers. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional partners (Customer Success, Insights, Deal Desk, and Pricing) to improve our business. Responsibilities:
Directly manage a team of Key Account Managers and Relationship Managers focused on renewing and expanding existing customer revenue across large, complex organizations
Develop and execute against a focused sales strategy to maximize annual bookings
Drive the strategy to tackle this vertical, which includes management of key vertical partnerships, external thought leadership, and additional industry demands.
Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including coaching to KPIs, weekly forecasting and driving change management and accountability
Act as a trusted advisor, engaging with and building relationships with senior executives across our largest customers. Participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure superior customer experience and member satisfaction
Bring innovation to our sales process, drive efficiencies, and remove barriers for our sellers
Collaborate with cross functional partners ensuring they are adding value to the customer experience, helping to accelerate sales activities and solve problems
Help set the standard for recruiting, hiring, training and retaining new employees
Foster a culture of inclusivity and belonging to inspire and motivate teammates on a daily basis
Coach and elevate the team’s abilities to uncover customer pressures, objectives, challenges and deliver value that helps our customers grow
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
10 + years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with experience selling to large customers
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hiring, managing, and inspiring sales teams with track record of consistently surpassing targets
A demonstrated track record of influencing the success of peers
Experience selling complex solutions to global organizations
An understanding of the professional services industry, the competitive landscape, and buyer behavior
Direct sales and/or sales leadership experience in both hunting and farming capacities
Passion for LinkedIn’s vision & mission and strong conviction in the value of Sales Navigator
Experience with relevant sales methodologies and metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, negotiation, and operational skills
BA/BS degree or combination of education
MBA degree or evidence of continuous professional development

The pay range for this role is $232,000 to $354,000 OTE. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
