What You’ll Do:
You will use a combination of sourcing and recruiting techniques to hire exceptional software engineering talent.
Drive sourcing efforts and develop strategy recommendations for a variety of senior technical roles.
Collaborate with internal engineering leaders to establish hiring plans and deliver creative solutions that result in finding top engineering talent.
From start-to-finish, provide a world class candidate experience ; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through
Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification, assessment through offer, and share trends, patterns, and hiring metrics
Clearly articulate X’s mission, products, and company values, and assess candidate ability to succeed at X
Extend offers, close candidates, and drive results to further improve the offer acceptance rate
Qualifications:
5+ years experience as a technical recruiter
Experience using recruiting systems, including sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (Workday ATS experience a plus!)
Deep understanding of recruiting for Software Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Machine Learning, and/or IT.
Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive senior level engineering candidates
Proven track record building collaborative relationships across a fast-paced organization
Exceptional interpersonal communication and influencing skills
Must have a deep passion and excitement about X and our platform, mission and vision
