Requirements
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds unassisted.
  • Must be able to work night shifts and extended daily work hours.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Must have good communication skills and be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and co-workers.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, receive verbal and written instruction, and apply basic math skills.
  • Must be able to perform the listed physical demands, including standing, walking, finger dexterity, wrist movement, repetitive motion, color vision, and depth perception.
  • Must be able to work in environments with noise, heat, cold, dust, and electrical and mechanical hazards.
Responsibilities
  • Sort and remove culls, foreign matter, unhusked nuts, and similar materials.
  • Assist Factory Operators upon request.
  • Clean and sanitize factory equipment and surrounding areas as directed.
  • Perform simple disassembly and reassembly of equipment as needed for cleaning duties.
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices for food processing.
  • Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a factory environment.
