Responsibilities
  • Analyze Human Data operational metrics, including capacity, utilization, quality, throughput, cycle time, cost efficiency, and workforce health, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain reporting, trackers, and dashboards that make core operating key performance indicators visible and actionable for managers and cross-functional partners.
  • Develop and improve planning and forecasting views covering demand signals, supply and capacity, staffing needs, or process volumes.
  • Support allocation and operating tradeoffs by synthesizing operational and performance data into recommendations for resource movement.

Mon, 7th Sep 2026 (Today) SpaceXAI has selected Fabric Group as one of its first strategic partners in Asia-Pacific, making Fabric its first appointed partner in Australia. The multi-year agreement centres on AI-assisted software development for large organisations. Fabric will support deployments in the Australian market and train and certify its engineering workforce on the platform. The partnership gives the Melbourne-based consultancy an early role in a regional channel programme launching outside the US, as SpaceXAI shifts from adoption by individual developers to more direct sales into enterprise software teams. Simon Green, President APJ at SpaceXAI, said Australia was a natural early market for that push because of its strong record in enterprise technology adoption across the region. "Australia has consistently demonstrated that it is one of APJ's most progressive and mature enterprise technology regions. Banks, retailers, manufacturers, healthcare providers and government agencies all rely heavily on internal software teams or external engineering partners, making development productivity a board-level issue across many industries. The simultaneous outage of three flagship from AI systems from three different providers was bizarre. But, in an exceedingly peculiar information gap, B J still don't know why models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and SpaceXAI respectively suffered outages at the same time, Wired reports. Whatever linked the disruptions, for now, remains unclear. Only OpenAI has responded to journalists' requests for comment. "A routing error starting around 7:43 am PT on Thursday, September 3, made ChatGPT and Codex unavailable for some users across platforms," a spokesperson told multiple outlets. "As of about 8:17 am PT on Thursday, a solution was successfully implemented and is continuing to be monitored." Not all of each providers' models were affected. Anthropic, for instance, said that only Opus 4.8 and Opus 5 were down, while Elon Musk's SpaceXAI reported widespread outages.
