  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.

  • Effective communicator with peers, management, employees, customers and vendors.
  • Proficient with MS Office Applications and familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment where outstanding quality and innovation are critical.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail, data accuracy.
  • B.S. degree or equivalent experience in a scientific field and 0-5 years' experience in process engineering or quality control manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure delivered products align with quality planning models and are manufactured according to standards.
  • Quality and efficiency performances align with goals defined by the shop. Right the first-time principals are applied.
  • Implement actions to reduce customer risks, increase product compliance and quality performance.
  • Show efficiency in implementing actions to address complaints, nonconformities, nonstandard situations, and performance shifts.
  • Contribute to defining and implementing the Quality Progress plan.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
