  • Experience in technology and/or telecommunications sales.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate technology or telecom solutions.
  • Drive new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and account expansion initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes.
  • Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and ongoing service.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM systems.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
