Requirements
  • 5+ years of Investment Banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Responsibilities
  • Independently working with clients and handling complex transactions
  • Involvement in the origination, structuring, and execution of Corporate and Investment Banking products and services for existing clients and prospects
  • Assisting in delivering the full range of products and services to clients through formulating financial strategy and policy with clients at the executive management level
  • Managing client relationships and executing mandated assignments in public and private equity, M&A, loan and high yield and convertible securities transactions
  • Demonstrating a high level of initiative and the ability to work within a fast-paced team environment
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrating precise attention to detail
  • Communicating complex material effectively
Desired Qualifications
  • Investment banking experience
  • Business and Tech Services experience within TMT
  • Knowledge and understanding of M&A: public and private; origination and execution
  • Knowledge and understanding of capital markets: debt and equity; origination and execution
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, modelling and valuation skills
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • A Master's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or economics
