Requirements
  • Strong in Embedded Systems, Computer architecture, OS concepts, System level protocols
  • Relevant experience in Firmware/Software Pre-Silicon Validation
  • Experience with IP level validation (Verilog, UVM)
  • Good knowledge of the Intel architecture platforms and FPGA/emulation/Simics flows.
  • Have background and knowledge in design, verification or validation disciplines, system/platform level/security, debug and root cause isolation, methodology and tools.
  • Able to demonstrate skills at problem solving having additional experience in actual debug across hardware/software/firmware is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of different OS architectures, boot sequences, power management, memory, in addition to Windows, Linux, RTOS, SW/driver stacks and good with scripting.
  • Good understanding of system level protocols like PCIe, IxC, SPI, other SOC protocols
  • Experienced with the architecture, Power Management flows and debugging failures to the root cause
  • Able to understand and have knowledge of requirements and translate them to test methodologies/test plans
  • Lead and be able to work in a group/team environment and requires minimum supervision, high motivation to push self and the team to do better
  • Dynamically interact with Intel's cross-functional design and validation teams
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain simulation models for discrete graphics solutions
  • Debug and validate SW/FW IP level and full platform simulation systems for Intel products
  • Develop and utilize various debug and validation tools and/or methodologies to implement validation plans with the goal being to ensure a solid quality of SW/FW

  • Experience in Power Management flows, overall system level flows in graphics preferably discrete graphics
