Requirements
  • An active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret clearance.
  • A High School Diploma.
  • Five years of experience providing administrative support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency and functional experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Office of the Customer Advocate.
  • Generate or update project documentation and materials, including agendas, schedules, meeting minutes, status reports, task books, system engineering notebooks, and presentations.
  • Generate electronic and paper copies of documents and materials for distribution or retention in the Code 10 data center or program and project databases.
  • Track, consolidate, and update action item lists, status reports, and risk management material.
  • Perform data assessment and provide recommendations to support and improve department operational activities, facilities, and physical workspaces.
  • Utilize Defense Information System for Security and DoDSafe to support government travel requests and sharing communications across commands.
  • Prepare material for public release and ensure proper classification and marking of documentation.
  • Provide bid and proposal support when requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
