Position Overview: 

We are seeking a mid-level Web Designer and Developer to join our talented team. In this role you will work with several members on the Growth and Marketing team to help enable success across our website and landing pages. Your skills in web design and development will be valued as you design, test, create, and maintain web content. We are looking for a creative and organized individual who can work with a team to strategize and ideate then implement on our website. This is a hybrid role leaning into design and light web development on a marketing team. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact in the fast-growing telehealth industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Web Design:
• Work within the Marketing and Growth teams to create and design new content for the website and marketing landing pages
• Create assets that will be used across the website and in other parts of marketing
• Work within branding guidelines but also help influence and grow the brand when necessary.
• Design interactions and workflows that use best UX practices on the website.
• Web Development:
• Breath life in your designs by implementing them in the CMS (content management system)
• Work with other Web Designer and Developers to coordinate efforts on new pages and content
• Ensure the viability of the website by keeping track of performance and metrics and adjusting or fixing anything that is needed
• Maintain the website when issues and bugs pop up and proactively take action to prevent them
• Manage, curate, and drive Henry’s web presence with regular improvements, updates, best practices, and continuing development
• Web Management:
• Strategize and assist in website testing to maximize the success of our web content
• Work with new and existing vendors to ensure web tools are managed and used to the best of their abilities
• Collaborate with the marketing team on projects to assist and deliver any web related content needed
• Well-rounded experience that lends the ability to have an eye for detail, self starting initiative, and project management skills

You will likely have:

• Proficient with a variety of design tools like Adobe CC and Figma (we use)
• Proficient with using web builders like Framer (we use) or Webflow
• Design experience in the digital space, specifically on websites
• Working knowledge of web development principles
• Understanding of UX principles and how they connect to web design
• Web optimization and SEO experience
• HTML, CSS, and Javascript knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on front end tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapt to changing priorities

You may have:

• Experience with A/B testing and planning
• HTML, CSS, and Javascript coding abilities
• React knowledge
• Marketing team experience, specifically around sales, campaigns, and tight turn-arounds for projects

Salary Range: $100-115k

This salary represents Henry Med’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Henry Meds may ultimately pay more or less than the posted salary. The final salary for this position will be determined by Henry Meds sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Henry Meds business and other operational considerations.
