Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial sales, with experience in securities or financial services preferred, particularly in FX or institutional sales environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of FX , client workflows, and institutional sales practices.
  • Decisive, with strong interpersonal and planning skills; comfortable running experiments, measuring outcomes, and iterating quickly.
  • Experience building executive-ready materials, including succinct narratives, clean visuals, clear sourcing, and action tracking.
Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption and penetration of BNY’s Delegated FX solutions by engaging institutional clients on execution needs, workflows, and tailored solution offerings.
  • Maintain a disciplined and high-quality pipeline, helping convert qualified client engagement into financial opportunities.
  • Achieve financial targets and deepen share of wallet with priority clients through proactive business development and relationship management.
  • Leverage AI and technology-enabled tools to optimize sales activities and support client adoption across FX platform workflows.
  • Coordinate across internal business units to research and gather information necessary to engage sales targets appropriately.
  • Support the development of client-ready materials and commercial narratives that clearly articulate BNY’s FX platform value proposition.
  • Apply data-driven insights and analytical rigor to identify emerging market opportunities and optimize client segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate and influence across diverse stakeholder groups to progress client opportunities, remove execution barriers, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Project management skills and experience including agile practices, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment (though not essential).
