Responsibilities

Help direct the future of the team and design
Collaborate with the Director of Architecture on architecture implementation strategies
Enhance the quality of the company through strong technical support
Establish a leadership position and act as a role model for technical staff
Lead the technical implementation of projects and ensure overall technical quality of work
Oversee the Quality Assurance Review Process for multiple projects
Oversee technical aspects of projects to be sure they are in concert with project scope, design, budget, client goals, consultant coordination, and core requirements
Provide mentorship and lead technical educational programs for the office
Improve the quality of deliverables and reduce risk
Improve the efficiency of document production efforts with new systems and processes

Senior Architect – Kalamazoo, Michigan

DISHER is currently partnering with an Architecture studio in Kalamazoo, as they look to add a Senior Architect to their highly collaborative, supportive, and creative team. As a Senior Architect, you would lead and provide guidance to a talented team of professionals and partner with internal teams to improve methods, processes, and tools to drive positive change. You will also act as the Project Architect responsible for leading technical implementation and production of documents on a diverse range of projects.
