  • Federal SAP Finance experience
  • 5 years of experience with any of these SAP modules: Finance (FI), Funds Management (FM), Controlling/Cost Management (CO), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP)
  • SAP project management experience
  • Experience leading teams
  • Experience interacting with client leadership
Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate functional team activities
  • Provide guidance and direction to the functional team, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within teams.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Facilitate communication between teams, fostering a cohesive working environment.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed about SAP updates and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications
  • S4/HANA Delivery experience
  • Experience with any Supply Chain modules such as: Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IMWM), Project Systems (PS), Sales and Distribution/Reimbursables (SD), Production Planning (PP), Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Relevant SAP certifications
