Requirements
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
  • Demonstrated strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Prior teaching experience, preferably with graduate-level or international students.
  • Experience working with a diverse student population.
Responsibilities
  • Teach and deliver course content for one section of Legal Writing for Graduate Students.
  • Design and assess written assignments focused on legal analysis and writing.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback on student work.
  • Support the academic development of international graduate students.
  • Maintain regular communication with students and hold appropriate office hours.
  • Comply with Law School and University policies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience teaching legal writing courses.
  • Familiarity with LL.M. programs or foreign-trained law students.
  • Relevant legal practice experience involving substantial writing and analysis.
