Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven experience in designing and delivering training programs at a growing business
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or similar discipline, or related working experience
  • Experience building technical training content and learning programs for a wide range of subject matters
  • Proficiency implementing and maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues spanning many company levels
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging training programs that align with our goals and values, curate learning management system (LMS) content, develop training materials and collateral to facilitate training sessions, and maintain internal documentation and databases to organize and advertise employee learning resources.
  • Oversee learning assignments, course logistics, certification documentation, and employee engagement with programs. Solicit constant feedback and measure the effectiveness of our learning programs on an on-going basis to make data-driven improvements for ensuring their ongoing success.
  • Consult with business leaders on assessing team training needs and objectives, coordinate with a wide variety of subject matter experts to build impactful and accurate content, manage partnerships with external vendors supporting our learning programs, and maintain close and constant communication with teammates in a fast-moving environment.
