Requirements
  • Complete Division and/or Construction Manager orientation, onboarding, and training programs, including Pulte Construction Standards, scheduling, job site rules, safety, warranty, and the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan.
  • Develop literacy in building codes, construction and technical language, plan reading, construction materials, construction schedules, and construction methodologies and standards.
  • Gain knowledge and expertise in Pulte systems and processes, including Schedule, Field Purchase Order, and Dynamics 365.
  • Learn the steps and build proficiency in the Build Quality Experience and Customer Quality Experience.
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to read blueprints.
  • Have basic computer literacy.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
  • Typically have a university degree or equivalent experience and 0-2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Be able to sit, stand, drive, move around, exert up to 50 pounds of force, occasionally exert up to 80 pounds of force, climb ladders and scaffolding, and work in heat, rain, cold, and other weather conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Assist other Construction Managers and direct supervisors with monitoring job sites, validating schedule progression, coordinating on-site inspections, reviewing the Customer Care service process, validating that work is complete to quality standards and expectations, and coordinating work completion as directed by the manager.
  • Assist in scheduling and supervising daily trade partner activities in accordance with the job schedule and scopes of work.
  • Monitor subdivision cleanliness and hold trade partners responsible for daily clean-up.
  • Gain understanding of the Scope of Work for all trade partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
