Principales tâches et responsabilités
- Contribuer à la conception, le développement et l’évolution du système
- Contribuer à la conception, documentation, mise en œuvre et tests unitaires des composantes du serveur
- S’assurer que les produits sont conformes aux spécifications et aux normes de qualité
- Effectuer des tâches liées au maintien de la sécurité et de la conservation des produits, outils et processus dont vous êtes responsable
Qualifications
- Être présentement inscrit dans un programme à temps plein en génie logiciel; génie informatique; informatique; ou l’équivalent
- Java/Programmation orientée objet (projets ou stages)
- Connaissance des langages de script tels que JavaScript ou Python
- Connaissances des plateformes Linux et Windows
- Forte capacité de résolution de problèmes
- Compétences interpersonnelles et en communication orale et écrite
Qualifications optionnelles (atouts)
- Infrastructure back-end et standard (Spring Boot, http, RESTful, gRPC, json, etc…)
- Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Outils de surveillance (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, ELK, Sensu)
- Processus Agile et JIRA
- IntelliJ ou Eclipse IDE
- Azure Cloud
- Connaissance des pratiques d’intégration continue (Git/Gilab)

Cerence Technologies Inc. is searching for Top Talent Students to join our world-renowned Team here in Montreal!
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute into the design, development, and evolution of the system
- Design, document, implement and unit test of the server components
- Ensure products meet all relevant specifications and quality standards
- Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for security.
Required Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled in a fulltime degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Java and Object-Oriented Programming (projects or previous internships)
- Knowledge of Scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, bash
- Knowledge of Linux and Windows platforms
- Strong software or system troubleshooting capability
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Optional Qualifications:
- Back-end framework and standard (Spring Boot, http, RESTful, gRPC, json, etc…)
- Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Cloud monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, ELK, Sensu)
- Agile process and JIRA
- IntelliJ or Eclipse IDE
- Azure Cloud
- Knowledge of continuous integration/deployment practices (Git/Gitlab)
