PCG is seeking a Team Lead to manage staff and project deliverables for child welfare agency Social Security disability advocacy and benefits management projects. The Team Lead is responsible for managing staff who perform day-to-day case development and management and will provide oversight of policy and procedures, monitoring work performance and quality of work, balance of staff workload size, and to identify appropriate resources and tools to support the success. In addition, the Team Lead will monitor project performance and timelines, facilitate client meetings, track deliverables, monitor project timelines, evaluate project metrics, provide client reporting, provide solutions to complex problems and support the project team.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Successfully plan, implement, and monitor project plans.
- Manage and facilitate new hire and continuing education training.
- Monitor and implement process steps as defined under Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Monitor, track and provide monthly/quarterly internal reporting.
- Monitor staff caseloads to ensure adequate staffing.
- Monitor quality of staff day-to-day performance.
- Work with Management to ensure project goals and expectations and being met and identify resolutions when necessary.
- General supervisory types of duties.
Required Skills:
- Ability to evaluate, coordinate and perform a complex set of planning, development, and administrative tasks.
- Experience with managing and supervising 6 to 10 staff
- Knowledge and understanding of the laws and regulations of SSI/SSDI disability processes and understanding of the relationship between SSI/SSDI and Medicaid/Medicare
- Familiarity with health care plans
- Ability to build and maintain working relationships with federal, state and county agency staff.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to work with a volume of claims and effectively prioritize the staff and workloads.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $25.00-$31.00 per hour.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
