Requirements
  • Previous hands-on HRIS configuration experience in a fast-paced business environment
  • Prior experience with Workday HCM
  • Solid experience with MS Office Suite with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) is mandatory
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent English and Italian is mandatory
  • Experience handling sensitive data and a trustworthy approach
  • Confidence with technology and a fast learner attitude
  • Significant experience in process reengineering (familiarity with HR processes is a strong plus)
  • Outstanding analytical abilities, precision, a results-driven orientation and an aptitude for problem-solving
Responsibilities
  • Support upgrades, testing, validation and overall system performance. Work and support semi-annual Workday updates.
  • Provide production support and work on troubleshooting and resolving critical issues.
  • Perform configuration/setup of business processes and master data.
  • Liaise with a third-party Application Management Supplier (AMS) to schedule and manage configuration requirements where additional resource is required.
  • Design and maintain Workday HR application security.
  • Notify Workday of system issues, providing detailed examples when required.
  • Maintain data integrity in system by running regular audits, error monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain user support materials (‘how to’ documents, videos)
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (nice to have)
  • German language knowledge will be considered as a plus
