  • Evaluating and selecting materials and finishes that align with the company's aesthetic and quality standards and market trends.
  • Managing and enhancing relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality materials for our products.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer preferences, demographics, and regional trends that influence home purchasing decisions.
  • Analyze competitor products and pricing to position our homes competitively in the market.
  • Coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential homebuyers.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of finished homes, working with construction teams to address any issues and ensure homes meet our high standards related to the finishes.
  • Providing technical support to project teams during the design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, sales, design, and construction, to ensure seamless communication and alignment in product strategies.
  • Contributing to the creation of design guidelines and standards to maintain consistency across various residential developments.
  • Collaborating with the product design team to optimize our products for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
