Grundisburgh Primary School is looking for a Learning Support Assistant.
The role provides classroom support for learning, targeted small-groups, 1 to 1 interventions and supervision during whole-school provision such as Breakfast Club and lunchtime. You will work with pupils, parents/carers and colleagues to promote positive behaviour, wellbeing and inclusion, helping all pupils, including those with SEND, to achieve strong outcomes and personal development.

As an LSA, you will:
work closely with class teachers and the SENCo to support pupils with a range of needs
provide targeted support to individuals or small groups, helping to deliver interventions and adapted learning
build positive relationships with pupils to develop confidence, engagement, and independence
support the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
