Maintenance Manager – Manufacturing Operations
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group as a Maintenance Manager! We’re looking for a proven maintenance leader to drive equipment reliability and operational excellence across our fast-paced, world-class printing and packaging operations. In this role, you’ll oversee the full maintenance organization—developing strategies that reduce downtime, improve efficiency, and build a strong culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and mechanics.

Transition the department from reactive to predictive maintenance models.

Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment and plant systems.

Manage troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Drive CMMS utilization for asset history, work orders, and performance reporting.

Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and vendor partnerships.

Enforce OSHA, NFPA, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) compliance.

Support Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and 5S initiatives.

Oversee contractors on specialized repairs, installations, and capital projects.
What You'll Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).

10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
-
5+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
-
Knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

Experience with CMMS software and maintenance data analytics.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Preferred: CMRP, RCM experience, or OSHA 30 certification.
