Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of Project Engineer, Consulting, and/or relevant industry experience
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination
  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate for the first 2 years
  • GMP, HVAC, Clean Utilities, and Facility Startup experience
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with cross-functional client departments
  • Lead, oversee, and execute client project initiatives
  • Coach Team Members on identified knowledge gaps
  • Develop, execute, and delegate project strategy
  • Provide hands-on support for clients and team members
  • Create and update work projections and progress reports
  • Develop technical documentation
  • Mentor and train internal team members
  • Support Site and Account Leads in proposal generation
  • Maintain site dashboards
  • Support business development initiatives
  • Contribute to the company's mission
  • Build and maintain professional networks
  • Identify and delegate project tasks
  • Support in generation of proposals
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders
