Responsibilities
  • Customer health: Provide training, customizations, and product consultations
  • Growth Initiatives: Assist sales in product pitches and demos, run trial training calls
  • Customer Support: Field support calls, emails, and chats, resolve issues locally or escalate when needed
  • Content generation: Identify relevant content for customers, package for distribution
  • Product Direction: Field feedback, identify product opportunities, relay information across the organization
