Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the People team
  • Serve as a reliable source of information for employees
  • Create an exceptional employee experience
  • Support the recruitment process
  • Act as a liaison between the HR department and other employees
  • Follow and update policies and procedures
  • Assist with recruiting tasks
  • Support operation departments by requesting and reporting on staffing status
  • Review invoices for accuracy
  • Process worker compensation claims
  • Handle all pre-hire requirements for new associates
  • Respond to employee queries
  • Assist the HRBP with communications and policy updates
  • Conduct employee exit interviews
  • Organize employee recognition programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Compile and process employee documentation and records
  • Track employee attendance, PTO, and leaves
  • Complete department reporting

  • Experience working with HR software (Workday, HRIS, or similar platforms)
