What you’ll be doing:

• Enhance remote culture with planning, execution, and overseeing of team building activities and events. 
• Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
• Coordinate on all office equipment / IT related issues
• Plan (attend) in-house or off-site activities, like work from office days, team offsites, parties, celebrations and conferences
• Keep track of and replace office supplies, swag, office snacks and drinks as necessary
• Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings
• Assist with budget preparation and track expenditures
• Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs

Must Haves:

• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Event Coordinator
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
