Salary Range: 50 to 70 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-hour-wage)

As baby boomers age into retirement and increase demand for home care services, quality care becomes harder for families to find and afford. With a combination of technology & human support, Aidaly’s platform empowers families to keep their loved ones living in their homes and communities longer while filling a critical homecare workforce need.

What You Will Do

Assessments and Care Plans: You’ll play a key role in crafting care plans, providing in-home support to our patients, and monitoring their progress.
Work with Families: You’ll educate and coach family caregivers, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their ability to provide quality care.
Leverage Proprietary Technology: You’ll use our proprietary mobile and desktop apps, along with other tools, to maximize your impact, facilitate communication within the care team, and engage with families.
Work Cross-functionally: You’ll collaborate with team members at Aidaly, contributing to exceptional health outcomes for our patients and advancing our mission.
Provider Training and Education: You will provide regular 1:1 and cohort-based training virtually and in-person.
