Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in both strategic HR business partnering and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR systems, compensation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists.
  • Partner with the VP of Human Resources to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring talent initiatives support organizational growth and innovation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs on all facets of the employee lifecycle, employee relations, engagement, organization design, and retention strategies.
  • Oversee core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, gaming compliance, and reporting and the ability to improve HR process where needed.
  • Partner with the Project Management Office to lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance employee experience.
  • Communicate HR policies, and initiatives effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Experience in a technology or product-driven environment is highly desirable.
