Role Summary:
The Sales Support Coordinator is a catalyst for enabling the Sales teams to increase sales and revenue. They are responsible for forecasting, developing competitive analysis, assessing markets, identifying opportunities, and making recommendations on how the sales team should progress. They will engage with a growing sales force and develop accurate and informational reports to support the continued and sustained growth of Stallions business.
Role Priorities / Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to understand Stallion’s product lines, technology offerings and service capabilities
- Provide actionable insight to the sales force through analysis of target markets, trending activities, and potential customers
- Lead the adoption and effective utilization of various lead generation databases
- Liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and product lines to ensure understanding of the opportunity leads
- Assist with forecasting and analyzing past sales data to determine productivity trends
- Assessment of customer portfolios and assets to determine the suitability for Stallion’s solutions
- Supporting the Sales teams in the delivery of marketing plans
- Creation and delivery of impactful presentations to internal stakeholders.
- Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Essential Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experienced, and high level of competency in the use of databases and software tools
- Sales lead generation databases, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, WordPress, ZoomInfo, Construct Connect, Energy Acuity, Dodge Reports, Enverus, IIR, etc.
- Microsoft Office, RingCentral, Adobe, etc.
- Intellectual curiosity, investigative aptitude and ability to recognize patterns
- Enthusiastic, deadline-driven, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills including Intermediate Excel (Xlookup, Pivot tables, graphing, PowerBI)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to continual learning and development
- Ability to brainstorm and conceptualize creative ideas
- Strong organization and project management skills
- An exceptional networker, team player and effective relationship builder at all levels

Preferred Experience, Qualifications, Education or Certifications:
- 2+ years of working as a sales or business analyst in the sales and marketing arena
