Responsibilities
  • Be a key contributor to our growth by collaborating with customer success, strategic account managers, and our client partners to develop account-specific launch and engagement plans that drive sign-ups, utilization, and revenue within each distinct customer account
  • Lead marketing discussions with our client partners to co-develop ROI-positive marketing plans tailored to their unique populations
  • Work cross-functionally to develop member marketing materials and campaign assets that build awareness and drive measurable engagement for company wide initiatives, new products/services, and key client campaigns (assets examples: emails, landing pages, paid media ads, flyers, direct mail, webinar presentations, and member testimonials)
  • Track and report on engagement across your book of business and the impact of marketing initiatives
  • Be creative, data-driven, and work cross-functionally to set up and execute testing, optimization, and experimentation. Report results and recommendations for use across the team
  • Conduct message testing and research to gain insights that can be used to optimize marketing efforts
Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of marketing experience; experience in healthcare and/or employer benefits is a plus
