- Strong understanding of the Real Estate Lending Business and processes
- Previous experience with highly complex technical projects/programs

- Experience supporting Business and Technical Business Continuity Plans
- Broad WFHM business and technical knowledge
- Working experience in both Mortgage Business and Technical arenas
- Experience with system monitoring tools - OpTier, Splunk, HPD
- Experience coordinating Hardware and application installations
