As a member of this elite team, you’ll identify, establish, and develop both new and existing business sales relationships with property management companies
The successful candidate will reside and work remotely from a home office
This position includes domestic travel along with active participation in local and regional and national apartment & industry associations. You’ll also periodically visit Entrata headquarters in Utah and travel to national trade shows and events
You will sell Entrata Affordable with responsibility for driving new business logos and expanding existing client revenue through direct and team selling regionally through creating and nurturing trusted, long-term relationships with clients that result in multi-year revenue growth
You will relentlessly provide complete and appropriate solutions for all clients in order to increase top-line revenue, client acquisition levels, and overall profitability through sourcing referrals from clients and prospects and quickly build a local network at the user level to drive viral growth
Analyze market and territory potential, track sales, and maintain status reports that deliver upon client needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential for cross-functional product sales and services
You have an innate belief in a metrics-driven approach to building a book of business
Partner and collaborate with colleagues in all departments in order to exceed client expectations and secure resources required to win
Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication, and organization, and are self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit

Requirements:
- 5-10+ Years of experience with complex-solution sales
- Experience in the multifamily housing industry required with a specialty in the various facets of multifamily affordable housing specifically HUD and LIHTC
- Familiarity with the various compliance and certification requirements of the programs listed above.
- Experience with industry trade groups focused on affordable housing and the access and network to facilitate increased velocity in these markets.
- Experience with technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in business-related course of study
- True passion for sales, presenting, negotiating, and closing business
- Understanding of how to foster client relationships
- Demonstrated ambition, assertiveness, confidence, honesty, and discipline
- Social intelligence and the ability to build quality, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proven sales results and track record of success
