  • Deep understanding of CRM strategy within B2B SaaS, with experience designing Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, build consensus, and influence decision-making across multiple teams.
Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the strategic vision for our Salesforce CRM, ensuring it aligns with business goals and supports our scaling needs.
  • Develop and maintain a Salesforce architecture that is robust, secure, and capable of handling complex requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand current processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to internal teams, facilitating a close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions, integrations, and enhancements, ensuring smooth rollouts and adherence to the CRM roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce capabilities and B2B SaaS trends, proactively identifying areas for enhancement and system upgrades to maintain an efficient, future-proof CRM ecosystem.
