Who We Are
Wayfair believes everyone should live in a home they love. Our innovative supply chain technology makes it possible for shoppers to quickly and easily find exactly what they want from a selection of more than 14 million items across home furnishings, décor, home improvement, housewares and more. Partnering with Product, Experience Design, Analytics and business leaders across Wayfair, our Engineering teams ensure that we’re building technology that solves important customer problems in elegant, scalable, measurable ways.
The Quality & Recovery team design, build and support the software for assessing and monetizing all returns at Wayfair. At various stages on the reverse logistics journey, our applications assist warehouse associates to identify, assess, and assign the optimum recovery sales channels for returned and damaged items based on a mix of manual and automated data capture, predicted profits and other heuristics.
