  • 4-6 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, and other video conferencing platforms
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience managing multiple calendars simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with various travel platforms and websites to organize logistics for work related events and/or trips
  • Discretion and confidentiality are a must
Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for executives, clients and other external partners.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities across departments and collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Provide administrative assistance, such as coordinating/managing calendars, organizing meetings, taking meeting notes, writing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the CEO and executive team members.
  • Use various technology platforms, including MS/Google words, spreadsheets, presentation and other commonly used communication and PM tools like Slack, Asana, Zoom, etc.
  • Make travel arrangements for the executive team, when necessary.
  • Follow up on internal tasks and manage executive team projects.
  • Organize executive team meetings, town halls, quarterly business review meetings, etc.
  • Provide general administrative support to the organization.
