Requirements
- Ten years of experience as a project manager or project lead.
- Within the past five years, completion of at least one information technology engagement of at least 300 days as a project manager, in a project of at least 3,000 person-days for an organization with technological and organizational scale similar to the Ministry.
- Within the past two years, completion of engagements totaling at least 400 person-days in an ecosystem including Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Bicep, and Terraform or Jenkins, together with Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor.
- Ability to perform the stated activities and deliver the listed deliverables.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and communicate orally and in writing in French to document and present matters to Ministry teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and improve pipelines in Azure DevOps and Terraform while applying least-privilege principles.
- Integrate automated tests for satellite and non-production environments.
- Deploy environments using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM Templates.
- Configure networks, servers, containers, and databases.
- Ensure the consistency and stability of environments.
- Integrate applications with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Azure Sentinel, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Define alerts and create health dashboards.
- Diagnose performance incidents.
- Manage application configurations using Helm and YAML.
- Secure secrets using tools such as Key Vault or an equivalent and automate their rotation.
- Deploy applications to Kubernetes or AKS using Helm and YAML.
- Manage the lifecycle of Kubernetes deployments and services.
- Provide technical support for deployments.
- Share cloud-native DevOps best practices.
- Integrate security scans and code analysis into pipelines.
- Ensure action traceability and audit logging.
- Participate in incident resolution and retrospectives.
- Implement rollback mechanisms.
- Propose process and tool optimizations.
- Harmonize practices across projects.
- Produce project templates, ready-to-use pipelines, health dashboards, Docker container images, and documentation on cloud-native DevOps best practices.
