  • Act as a peer contributor in Minneapolis with National Director of Professional Development
  • Conduct advisor check in calls (including larger North Star offices)
  • Assess advisor progress, identify barriers, clear the way through knowledge, encouragement, and skill development
  • Coordinate sales intern program (including the speaker's series, Finseca program, and Friday calls.)
  • Coordinate advisor onboarding, orientation, and North Star academy training
  • Lead and coordinate the annual LAMP program for North Star attendees
  • Lead and coordinate planning effort for North Star Summits
  • Contribute to the success of the Race to Forty
  • Supports efforts and programs of the Market Engagement Specialist
  • Function as an advisor liaison and advocate for advisor - success is a key expectation of this position
  • Serve as a first point of contact for financed and early career advisors with questions
  • Maintain and coordinate lists of outside speakers and wholesalers
  • Coordinates outside speakers when they are part of an educational program
  • Become a content expert on Cetera offerings for advisor development
  • Other duties as assigned
